Chef Amanda’s tastebuds were awakened and nurtured in her Grandma Capuzelli’s kitchen. Her culinary skills were earned in Calabria, Italy, renowned for classic southern Italian cuisine. The pasta, sauces and sausages are made from scratch.
Her adventure as a restauranteur began in 2013 with Pomodori Italian Eatery on Hilton Head Island. It was an immediate, resounding success based on a simple recipe: great food, great wine, great company.
