In my 34 years, I have worn many hats, put on many uniforms, and fit into many molds. From making sandwiches at Subway to puppeteering through the Midwest to producing racing academies for Mercedes AMG, I have tried my hand at many careers, and enjoyed all that they have to offer. But it wasn’t until I found my calling in the kitchen, that I really began to flourish, to find my voice, to feel complete. I am grateful for every guest who comes into our little eatery and for every gift of time that is spent with us celebrating the many milestones of life. I could not feel more blessed to be a part of this beautiful island and its lovely community. My cup runneth over.
